If a skin medicine, prosthetic, or orthopedic device related to your service-connected disability damages your clothes, we may pay you $1,053.19 to replace the damaged clothes.
How to apply
- Apply online, by mail (VA Form 10-8678), at VA medical center prosthetics, or by fax.
- No need to reapply each year if paid in 2022 or 2023, except for an additional allowance.
